The application for Permanent Residence in Canada under the Humanity and Compassion program, known as H&C, is an option that is not limited exclusively to those who are without a valid immigration status (i.e. undocumented persons), however, it is a last possible remedy to regularize the situation of people living for a long time without any valid immigration status in Canada!!!

The H&C could also be useful for those who for some reason are not eligible for permanent residence under any other immigration program. It is a last and possible chance (however, keep in mind that nothing is guaranteed!).

The approval rates for H&C are quite low. Therefore, you must make a very good and well-supported application. Consult with Luis Alberto Mata, director of AMIGRAR, who will help you professionally navigate the H&C application process. You will receive advice on how to properly obtain, step by step, your evidence, organize your documents and be guided in collecting and organizing that evidence, compiling supporting documents and letters, and mainly preparing legal arguments in context with immigration requirements and regulations.

All of the above is done based on your own genuine life experience in Canada, and based on your real circumstances, and eventually the circumstances of your family and your country.
