If your refugee case has been denied, you may have the opportunity to appeal this decision or ask for a review. According to the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), you have no more than 15 days from the date you received the RPD’s written reasons for the decision to appeal.
You must “complete a written Notice of Appeal. There is a blank Notice of Appeal attached to these Important Instructions, and you must file three copies of your Notice of Appeal with the Refugee Appeals Division (RAD) Registry office.”
All persons appealing with you must be named on the Notice of Appeal or a Notice of Appeal must be filed with the Refugee Appeals Division (RAD) for each person appealing the decision.
Then, “within 30 days from the date you received written reasons for the RPD’s decision, you must complete an Appellant’s File and file two copies of your Appellant’s File with the RAD.”
