- A Convention Refugee in Canada, meaning a person who has been granted with the Notice of Decision letter as proof of their status recognized by the IRB Immigration and Refugee (The IRB determines who are Convention Refugees or Persons in Need of Protection)
Then in AMIGRAR we can advice you to process in-Canada your application for permanent residence, as Protected Persons or Convention Refugee. This includes members of the Protected Temporary Resident Class.
